Service Techs were quick in responding the same day after the initial call for service. The water heater problem diagnosis and replacement decision were both handled and completed within a matter of just over an hour. Delivery and installation were initially scheduled for two days after the service order. However, due to a cancellation, delivery, and installation took place the next day. The two Service Techs who delivered and installed were mighty quick. They were finished in just a few minutes over an hour.

Great service. When my wife showed up at the door with a mask on to let the tech in, he offered to put a mask on too. He was fast but accurate and was very professional. It was nice getting an email with an itemized list of work done.

Worked with the owner Brett to update my water heating system. Worked out a deal that turned it cheaper than my devious quote. Service was quick. I’m happy with the process.
